C/O 2022 WR Sean Wilson Talks Recruitment

Image
Sean Wilson is a 3-star wide receiver in the Class of 2022, he is ranked as one of the top players in the state of New York, and is one of the more underrated receivers of this class. He holds 12 offers from schools like Miami, Oregon, Virginia Tech, and more.  He tells me one offer that stands out to him is Miami because “They are a big time school known for a great background, everything about them screams greatness and you know that’s something I’m looking to be a part of. When I look for a college it’s what can I do for you and what can you do for me. Wherever I go I want to leave a legacy for people behind me and be remembered as a great player”. A place like Miami can definitely give any player the opportunity to be great. Sean says he is basing his college decision on “Who wants me and genuinely shows me love”.  Sean says he has been in contact with Marshall, Rutgers, Temple, Penn State, Notre Dame & more but they have yet to offer. The schools want to see him play in pers

He says he is relieved and excited to finally be committed because he finally found a place he can call home for the next 4-6 years, and now he can just focus on his senior season. "At Duke they value not only sports but aspects into growing into a better person. As well as having top of the line education" was his response when asked how Duke stood out. Eric also told me his visit went great, how he loved Durham in general and it was amazing to finally see everything and meet everyone in person. When describing his relationships with the staff, Eric said "I have a really good relat

JUCO DB Jacob Proche Talks Commitment

A couple weeks ago Coastal Carolina landed the commitment of JUCO standout CB Jacob Proche. He is set to enroll this summer and has the chance to be an impact player for the Chanticleers. Jacob tells me a visit was not needed because of the way Coach Chadwell and the staff presented themselves on virtual visits. "Coach Chadwell really sold me once we got off the phone the day after the coaching staff offered me, he sets the standard real high for the players and I felt he challenged me to come in to be an immediate impact to the secondary and it was a challenge I was willing to accept" said Jacob when asked when he knew he was ready to commit. He tells me it feels great to be committed because in high school he wasn't recruited by any D1 schools, and how he's felt like an underdog his whole football career. He also said it feels like a big weight was just lifted of his shoulders.  When describing his relationships with the staff, Jacob said "Its great, I love t
